位於天后宮附近，係屏東內埔人溫泰坤移居成功時經營雜貨業務所建，東部最早開發係以成功最早，故此遺址為東部早期開發見証遺跡。
交通資訊
★ 自行開車：1.國道五號：由國道一號(中山高)至汐止系統交流道轉走國道五號(北宜高速公路)，過雪山隧道由蘇澳交流道下往台9號方向行駛，到達花蓮富里鄉接台23線，再轉台11線至小港漁港即可到達廣恆發商號遺跡。2.國道五號：由國道三號(二高)至南港系統交流道轉走國道五號(北宜高速公路)，過雪山隧道由蘇澳交流道下往台9號方向行駛，到達花蓮富里鄉接台23線，再轉台11線至小港漁港即可到達廣恆發商號遺跡。
