鄧巴薩 (Denpasar)峇里島的首都，是個熙攘繁忙的都會，為市內的樞紐地帶和島上的商業中心，道路兩旁銀行餐廳和商店林立，島上規模最大之峇里博物館亦在此，展示著從史前時代到20世紀初期的紡織、繪畫及木雕等藝術品，峇里島內有許多雕像，當地人稱作Garuda wisnu Keucana，視為守護神。
