雙溪鄉境內四面青山相連，溪水清澈、空氣新鮮，是一個山明水秀、景色怡人的地方！其中位於丁蘭溪的丁蘭谷，自古即以「蘭溪消夏」而名列「雙溪八景」之一。 溪谷的兩側是低矮的山巒，周圍並有田野為鄰、農舍錯落其間，溪流清可見底！每逢假日，便吸引許多戲水及露營的人潮,若是在野薑花盛開時節走在遍地鵝卵石的溪畔，更是令人心清神爽！
