溫馨島度假村位於千島湖中心湖區，於1993年開發建設，是千島湖唯一一家融休閒度假、會議接待、景點旅遊和水上娛樂於一體的特色精品景點。溫馨島總面積55.3畝，它是以小木屋、民族歌舞和水上樂園為主題的景點。島上空氣清新，溫馨小木屋30余幢，房間100余間。小木屋外觀以小杉木條精心裝飾，內部則以三星級標準建造，格調高雅，環境優美。
