鹹亨酒店在中國著名作家魯迅筆下的《孔乙己》中有寫到，鹹亨二字取至《易經。坤卦》，意為生意興隆，萬事亨通。酒店面積不大，但很有味道，古香古色。突出了江南的特色。鹹亨酒店是中國老字型大小名店，有紹興酒俗博物館之戲稱。坐在古桌前，點上一盤茴香豆。仿佛自己就來自魯迅的書中。
