白雲山占地四萬餘畝，是天然原始森林，海拔在1500米以上的山峰就有37座。主要景點有將軍帽、神龜朝陽、蓮花崖、龍松絕壁、天下一球、禹王廊等。主峰玉皇頂海拔2211米，是河南省的最高峰；白龍瀑布和九龍瀑布是景區中最具代表性的瀑布，這裏還是植物的聚集地，眾多的珍稀樹種，如連香、紅豆杉、金錢松等，還有極為珍貴的唐代銀杏。在森林中，不時可以看到一些靈動的小動物跳躍穿行其間，此情此景是不是感覺到了野外旅遊的感覺？
