黃河大觀是一個以黃河文化為背景，以黃河流域的人文景觀為表現形式，融國內外高新技術和建築藝術於一體的現代化大型主題公園。黃河大觀園內以3.7公里長的模擬小黃河為軸線，分文化風情區和北岸高科技遊樂區。文化風情區由黃河流域最具代表性的19處人文景觀組成：包括泰山、龍亭、龍門石窟、大雁塔、兵馬俑、長城等。北岸高科技遊樂區建有亞洲最大最先進的動感影院，銀幕有七層樓高，是遊玩、休閒、觀賞的好去處。
