民國58年永慈老法師經余謝石先生的介紹，向彭建發、張德順兩位購得現寺址。翌年興工搭蓋芧蓬，為專修淨土、效法楞嚴經大勢至菩薩埶持名號，而以香光莊嚴名精舍稱「香光精舍」，印德法師在進行重建工程時，親往香港記西方寺永惺長老由緬甸迎請六尺高玉佛像及定製木雕三寶佛像及十四尺高千手千眼觀音菩薩與護法神像多尊，並於76年初夏更名為玉佛寺。電話：049-2912155創建年代：民國72年供俸主神名稱：釋迦牟尼佛主要史物：主神像說明：從緬甸迎回的玉佛像，價值非凡。 開放時間：08:00~19:00
